General Information
We provide our registered customers* with professional, fast and free of charge technical support. Moreover, even if you are the registered user of a discontinued product, we will be happy to assist.

Note! We provide technical support relating to the AV Bros. products, ONLY! Please, address any questions relating to other software to the technical support staff of the Developer of that software.

Our technical support hours are from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm local Israeli time (Sunday through Thursday) and are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (Friday). We are closed on major Israeli holidays. Note regarding the local Israel time: standard time zone: UTC/GMT +2 hours; daylight saving time-adjustment: +1 hour.


* The Registered Customer: You become our Registered Customer in the following cases:
  • If you purchase at least one of our products on-line directly through AV Bros. web-site. No additional registration is required, because in this case you are registered automatically. Your purchased software becomes registered as well.

  • If you fill in the special Registration form and then, submit it to us. You should do that if you purchase AV Bros. products using any method other than the purchasing on-line directly through AV Bros. web-site.
Functionality related questions...
If you have any questions relating to the functionality of our products, please send your inquiry (See Request Support topic below.) with the detailed and clear explanation of the subject matter. In most cases it is a good idea to include the description of your system and host (image editing application). If you think that a screen shot may help us to answer your question, then please feel free to include it too. Please be informed that providing us with such information will let us assist you more promptly!

Note! If you own AV Bros. Page Curl 1.2 and AV Bros. Page Curl Light 1.2 and you have a problem registering the plug-in, please attach the screenshot of the registration window of the plug-in with the entered registration information to your letter.
Downloading related questions...
If you have purchased either of our products and you need to re-download them, then please contact us at support@avbros.com (See Request Support topic below.) and we will provide you with the appropriate data for downloading the Full version of particular product. To let us identify you as our customer, please provide us as much information as possible. This information includes the License Key (or Registration Code for old versions of the plug-ins), the e-mail address that was used while purchasing, name of the person (Company) for whom the particular product was purchased, etc.
